Olesya Lylak Chyzhovych, an authorized member of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Canary Islands, paid an official visit to the Maspalomas Space Station. This meeting strengthened ties between international institutions based in the archipelago and the high-tech centers of the National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA). The visit provided an opportunity to learn firsthand about the operations of this strategic site, which places southern Gran Canaria at the forefront of space research and exploration in Europe.

The center's director, Colonel Álvaro Martínez-Villalobos Castillo, hosted a technical tour of the station's antennas and control rooms. Lylak Chyzhovych highlighted the professionalism and approachability of the military command as they explained the daily work of tracking satellites and space missions carried out from the island. The visit underscores the importance of the Maspalomas Station as a first-rate scientific asset, essential for the development of international projects and the promotion of economic cooperation in the aerospace sector.

The Ukrainian representative expressed her satisfaction with the experience, describing it as enriching and inspiring for future leadership projects and institutional collaboration. The exchange of knowledge during the session highlighted INTA's commitment to scientific dissemination and its openness to foreign economic stakeholders present in the Canary Islands. These types of institutional meetings in the south of the island reinforce the archipelago's image as a technological hub capable of attracting the interest of chambers of commerce and international cooperation organizations.
