The Eurovision Pride Maspalomas Festival will be a celebration and protest event in defense of the values of peace, diversity and human rights, taking place from May 14 to 17, with a program that will offer pop music, parties, galas and musical tributes with guest artists, to experience live the second Semi-Final and the Grand Final of Eurovision which can be followed on the big screen located on the Yumbo stage.

Eurovision Pride was born in 2025, following the Maspalomas Pride by Freedom event, as a gala where the Eurovision final could be watched live, as a symbolic act of protest against the restrictions imposed on the display of LGBTQ+ flags. In response, the Yumbo stage was filled with LGBTQ+ flags and colors, becoming a space of visibility, freedom, and activism, before thousands of people who enjoyed the performance of singer Melody, representing Spain.

From this Thursday until Sunday, Eurovision Pride returns as an LGBTQ+ festival to celebrate the long-standing connection between music and diversity at the Eurovision Song Contest. At the same time, it offers a critical reflection on the current direction of the contest, which this year will celebrate its 70th edition in Austria, the winner of last year's competition. Spain will not have a representative at Eurovision due to Israel's participation. As part of its protest, Eurovision Pride will replace Israel's performance, which will be shown on the Yumbo Centre's giant screen, with one of the gala's performances.

The Eurovision Pride festival includes musical tributes to pop music from every decade, pool parties at the Axel Beach and Seven Hotel & Wellness, and live coverage of the second Eurovision semi-final on Thursday, May 14, and the grand final on Saturday, May 16. The full program can be found at: https://www.eurovisionpride.eu/es

There will be three nights of pop music and hits that have marked different eras of Eurovision, plus several DJs, parties at Maspalomas hotels, and two live galas with exclusive VIP areas. Gran Canaria singer Jia Miles and drag queen Armani D'Vyne will host the galas.
