Furthermore, the decree warns that in the event of non-compliance, the City Council will act ex officio by proceeding to remove said facilities, with the costs generated for removal and storage being borne by the entities. Finally, they have been notified of the resolution, indicating the resources available against it and warning them that failure to comply with what was ordered will also lead to the Public Prosecutor's Office being informed to demand responsibility for the alleged crime of disobedience to authority. .

PROCEDURES
OMEGA RENT A CAR. Following the complaint filed with the city council, on May 03, 2024, for the installation of an office module by the Autos Omega entity in the free space area of the Tinache apartments, the Department of Urban Planning began the procedures to order the seal , dated May 09; granting you a period of five business days to provide whatever allegations, documents and information you deem in defense of your rights. After this period had elapsed without presenting allegations, it was agreed to close the establishment on May 27 and they were again given five days to make allegations. Finally, on May 29, the precinct is informed that they must remove, within a maximum period of 48 hours, the facilities from the place where they are located.
JET2 CARS. Following the complaints filed by the Local Police on June 15, 2023, and on March 21, 2024, the Administration was informed that this company carried out the activity with the installation of a removable office module in the CC parking lots. Yumbo, without the requirement of prior communication and/or responsible declaration and, consequently, without the corresponding enabling title. Thus, it was notified on May 09, 2024, that a period of five days was granted to formulate allegations, and if not, the cessation of the reported activity would be ordered as well as its seal. The company made allegations on May 16, stating that on March 25, 2023, it presented the opening license; and that on April 19, 2023, he presented prior communication of work or installation of the booth. The Administration rejected these allegations since they did not proceed to pay the corresponding fees; and in relation to the prior communication for the installation of the module/booth, the request was ruled unfavorably because the use attributed to that space is parking and, therefore, the development of the activity that had been carried out is not authorized in that area. For these reasons, the installed office was sealed.
SECRETS CARS. Through a complaint from the Local Police dated March 23, 2024, the Administration was informed that the entity Secret Rent a Car was carrying out the rent a car activity in the CC Yumbo parking lots without having completed the requirement of prior communication and/or responsible declaration and, consequently, without the corresponding qualifying title. Thus, on May 09, 2024, it was resolved to initiate a file to proceed with the closure of the establishment, granting it a period of five days to present allegations, a resolution that was notified on May 19, 2024. After the deadline, without presenting any documentation or allegations On May 29, the office was sealed and the company was notified to remove the installed cabin within 48 business hours.
